What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
