Room service attendant • Lawrence County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a room service attendant in Lawrence County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy restaurant. The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
