Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Leicestershire, England. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
