PVC profile cutter • Live Oak County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Live Oak County, Texas. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres 3+ years on the tools preferred.
