We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sheridan County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time, day shift.
