Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
