Immediate opening: catering cook (Anambra State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Ogbaru, Anambra State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₦1,550 per hour, based on your experience.
