Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Nsukka, Enugu State. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
