Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. Your main tasks: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Full-time, day shift. £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
