Join our team: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. You will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. What we are looking for: • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
