Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Murray County, Georgia. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
