Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tarrant County, Texas. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
