Assembly technician • Lafourche Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly technician in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a busy assembly plant. On a typical shift you will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Six days a week, one day off.
