Road roller operator • Stevens County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Stevens County, Minnesota. The job is at a plant hire yard. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Understanding of safe digging near underground services On a typical shift you will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
