Immediate opening: we are hiring a demolition labourer in New Kent County, Virginia. You will work on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Full-time with occasional weekends.
