Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Okeechobee County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $6,250 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
