Vacancy available: we are hiring a site labourer in Jasper County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times The role involves erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
