Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Monroe County, Indiana. The job is in a spray booth. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day to day you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
