QC technician • Calumet County, Wisconsin

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC technician in Calumet County, Wisconsin. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor 5+ years on the tools preferred.
