Now hiring: we are hiring a mason's helper in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The job is on a residential housing site. The role involves: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
