Fire and safety officer wanted in Hayes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Hayes County, Nebraska. You will be based on a high-rise building project. Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Overtime paid at a premium rate.
