We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Mason County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
