Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
