We are recruiting: we are hiring a HVAC installer in Orange County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules You will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
