Kitchen cook — Tioga County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Tioga County, New York. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
