Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Osage County, Missouri. The role involves install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class. Ideal candidate: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
