Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Newton County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
