Powder spray gun operator wanted in Blue Earth County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
