Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Warren County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
