Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Akamkpa, Cross River State. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates The role involves tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust.
