We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Montgomery County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
