Stainless steel welder wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lincoln County, Colorado. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
