Production welder — Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Boone County, West Virginia. Your main tasks: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
