Gas pipe fitter • Morrow County, Oregon

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Morrow County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Driving licence for travel between sites • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Full-time, day shift.
