Captain waiter — Fayette County

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Fayette County, Indiana. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
