Mosaic tiler — Western Connecticut Planning Region

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. You will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls. Requirements: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
