Now hiring: we are hiring a tile mason in Carroll County, Tennessee. The job is in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. What we are looking for: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Your main tasks: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
