Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Union County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
