Gang bricklayer wanted in Camp County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Camp County, Texas. You will be based on a busy housing site. The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
