We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Ogbia, Bayelsa State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
