Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lawrence County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
