Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Crawford County, Arkansas. Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
