Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
