We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Anderson County, Tennessee. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
