CO2 welder • Racine County, Wisconsin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Racine County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
