Marble fitter wanted in Wayne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble fitter in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. Day to day you will polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists Full-time, day shift.
