Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Raleigh County, West Virginia. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
