Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Birnin Magaji-Kiyaw, Zamfara State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Rotating shifts.
