Bakery assistant • Grundy County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Grundy County, Illinois. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
