Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass cutter in Oakland County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift The role involves: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
